Q: What do I need to order a page?
A: Only a few photographs, a bit of information about the person receiving the page, and about 30 minutes of time.

Q: What's involved in creating the page?
A: Once you decide to order a page, a PageOne designer will contact you by phone or in person. You'll talk about the recipient of the page, the person's likes, dislikes, interests, background, and other information. You'll also be asked to supply a few photos of the page recipient, which will be used in the page design. After that, sit back and relax. PageOne will take care of the rest of the work.

Q: Can I see the page before a final copy is run?
A: Absolutely. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. You will be supplied with a proof for your review. If there's anything you'd like changed, just let us know, and it can be done.

Q: Can the page be framed?
A: Yes. In fact, we can do the framing for you for a $75 additional charge, which includes your choice of more than 50 mat colors.

Q: Will my photographs be returned when the page is complete?
A: Yes.

Q: What does a page cost?
A: The base price of a page is $125 for a completed page and a single loose printout. Additional services and multiple copies are extra.

Q: Can I have PageOne design a newspaper using a real-life newspaper template?
A: Unfortunately, no. Copyright restrictions don't allow us to create facsimiles of existing mastheads. We can, however, custom-design a newspaper that meets to your specifications (for an additional fee.)

Q: Can I tailor the content to suit my needs?
A: Yes. PageOne designers realize that the appearance and writing styles can vary extensively, depending on the occasion. Just let us know whether your page is G, PG, PG-13, or R-rated, and we can make adjustments accordingly.

Q: Can the finished product be shipped?
A: PageOne ships to any location in the United States and Canada for an additional $5 to $15.

Q: How can I pay for a PageOne page?
A: PageOne accepts cash (for face-to-face transactions only), personal or cashier's checks, money orders, and credit cards (through PayPal).
